Patron Introduction

T.B.Lowe By the close of my playing days, I had developed an interest in umpiring - an interest which lasted for many years. On joining the HB Cricket Umpires Association I came under the control of some extremely good practical and knowledgeable umpires in the persons of Les Storkey, Reg Collins and Cyril Halliday.
